We're testing a new version of alice - do you want exclusive early access?

To start, only 100 students get free access to the new and innovative study tool. All we ask for is your feedback - we expect the seats to fill up fast.

We are building a new study tool at alice, and we want a small group of high school and university students to try it and share feedback before anyone else.

alice labs, in short

  • What: our test environment for the next version of alice, before we roll it out to everyone
  • For: high school and university students
  • Price: free and unlimited access while we test it
  • Places: 100 to start with
  • You get: early, exclusive access, a say in what we build, and a “Golden Ticket” to invite one extra friend of your choice
  • We ask: your honest feedback

What is alice labs?

alice was founded by me, Kim Rants, a former teacher. Since then, alice has helped more than 100,000 students across several countries. We have raised around 40 million DKK and are backed by Y Combinator in Silicon Valley, the world’s most recognized startup accelerator.

alice labs is where we test the next version of alice, and where we try out what AI can do for learning. When feedback from students has confirmed that it works, it becomes part of alice for all our users. That is why we are selective. We only take in students who want to share their feedback, and not everyone who requests access will get a place.

How it works

1. Upload your files. This means all the teaching can be based on the material you want to learn. Your files are only used to help you study, and you can delete them at any time.

2. Chat with your material. It works like ChatGPT or Claude, but it is grounded in your own files and built for learning. It answers with sources from your files and asks follow-up questions, so you do the thinking.

3. Use the study tools. You get podcasts made from your files, exercises, flashcards, true/false questions, notes and explainer videos (videos expected soon in labs). Progress tracking shows you when you have actually learned your material, and we are adding more all the time.

This may sound like something you have tried before. But when you try it, you will quickly see that alice labs is much better at making sure you actually learn something, compared to other platforms.
